We accept PayPal payments only.
We usually ship items within 24 hours. All items will be shipped from United Sates via USPS.
For Domestic Shipping (USPS First Class Mail)
Please allow 2 - 7 business days to arrive.
For International Shipping (USPS First Class Mail International)
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks to arrive.
Due to different custom policies in each country, there might be a delay on the package to arrive. If you are having problems on your package, please FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US and we will be glad to assist you.
Please be reminded for all International Orders, any additional import fee or tax is the sole responsibility of the buyer
If you want faster shipping service, we offer Priority and EMS for both Domestic & International Shipping. Please contact us before finalizing your order so we can calculate the shipping cost for the desired shipping service.
Shipping, Handling and Postage charges are NOT refundable. Please understand that this is under the listing policy.
We accept return items within 30 days after you receive your item:
in a good condition, without showing signs of damage in any way.
If an item was received damaged, defective or was incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. After the item has been evaluated and deemed defective and not damaged by normal use, wear and tear or use outside of the manufacturer specifications the item will replace your order or the customer will be credited.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. WITHOUT contacting us, it will NOT be replaced or refunded.
Only valid for 30 days after you receive your item. Unless item wasn't received or lost in mail.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fee if his/her fault:
Buyer bought wrong item
Buyer gave a wrong address for shipping
Do not know how to use the part
Wants to return due to change of mind
Buyer doesn't need the part anymore
15% restocking fee will be applied for the said reasons.
For checking purposes, please keep the original box/packaging and item received for returns. So please contact us before anything else so we can resolve the problem and give you the best solution.
